    Bulgarian Split-Squat
    3x8 (each leg) w/24kg Kettlebells

    B.
    Deficit Clean PDL (Pocket Dead-Lift)
    DM x3 -- 85/90/93 Not good at these, pulling getting better though!

    C.
    Snatch Pulls
    3x1 (slow eccentric) -- 82/82/82

    D.
    3 sets of:
    BB Hip-Thrust x12 @70kg
    Reverse-Hyper x12

    AM M/F/S - 7/8/3
    Feeling pretty beat up from a HEAVY few weeks.
    So ready for a taper week!!!

    Monday (6/8/15) MEET WEEK

    AM:
    A.
    Bulgarian Split-Squat
    3x5 (each leg) w/32kg Kettlebells

    B.
    BTN Sot's Press
    3x5 @30kg

    C.
    Snatch
    1-3 singles at intended opener -- 71/71 Felt like a warmup

    D.
    C&J
    1-3 singles at intended opener -- 83/83 Legs not feeling too fresh, but hit these both

    AM M/F/S - 7/8/2
    Felt super low energy and weak this morning due to this weight cut, but still hit these openers like nothing.
    I've never felt more ready. Intended lifts: Snatch - 71/74(new PWA record)/77
    C&J - 83/87/90(new PWA record). Meet week let's go!!!

    Power Snatch + Snatch
    1-3 singles LIGHT -- 50/50/50

    B.
    Power Clean & Jerk
    1-3 singles LIGHT -- 65/65/65

    AM M/F/S - 5/7/2
    Just not myself this morning. My timing and positions felt
    very off..... Still feeling strong though. Kept today minimal.

    Great session. Running on almost no sleep and very little energy,
    but felt extremely strong. Those 80%s felt like warm ups.
    Soooo readyyy for this weekend!

    Nice to have you on the forum Elle. Quick question, what does the "AM M/F/S - #/#/#" notation stand for?

    You have a hell of a coach over there with Ben at the helm. Go get those PWA records! Good luck this weekend!

    Thanks Tom! M/F/S stands for Mood/Fatigue/Soreness, and then I scale each from 1-10. It's just an easy way to quickly document how I was feeling on that day. And then the AM is just in regards to it being my morning session..... I normally train twice a day so I'll do a AM M/F/S and a PM M/F/S!

    Felt great this am, I don't normally train on Thursdays and
    sometimes doing so throws me off. Not today! Leaving
    for Sac tomorrow, Reno Saturday.
