Feeling a bit weaker today but not too bad. Walked in expecting 227.5x3@8 but it wasn't there.
Probably could've got a 6th triple at 220@8.5. Didn't want to push it on a deload, though, so just played it safe.
Did the whole thing to jazz chill out music. Surprisingly relaxing.

Deadlift w/belt - warmed up to 232.5x1@7.5. Back not having it today.
Possibilities:
1) Day after heavy squats.
2) My sumo rep work gives an e1rm way above my actual 1rm, so maybe I should see if I can tolerate conventional again now.

Had expected the 160x1 TnG to be @7.5 but the 2ct work fatigued me a lot.
Back not too bad after some massage. No more squats or deads this week now, though.

Squats were ok, but bench felt off. Probably too many late nights and drinks over the last few days.

been combing through your log trying to get a sense of your program. Obviously you use autoreg but what type of template or program are you running? when is your next meet?
