Competition Raw Bench - 160x1 @7.5, 180x1 @9 then move to 167.5x1x3@8.5-9.5, 160x1x6@8-9.
e1RM +6kg vs. last week. 10kg under my best, but at least it's moving up.

Pin Press (chest level) - 180x1 @8.5, 170x3 @10, 155x4@8.5, 147.5x4@9
Crazy work schedule over the last few days. Very tired. TRAC says high short-term fatigue.
Looks like I'm just showing up for bench next Saturday unless a week of good sleep snaps me out of this slump.

Squat 212.5x4 @6, 222.5x4 @7 (e1rm 275kg), 232.5x3 @9 (trying out a close grip - bar rolled up my back - 240 opener seems reasonable anyway), 212.5x4x2@8-8.5, 202.5x4@7
2ct deadlift and some bench volume tomorrow, then I'm done.

Thanks, Manveer. Mark thinks 265/186/275 for a 726 total is reasonable. My gym total (done on separate days) is 730. We'll see. If I'm not feeling great, I'll have to adjust everything down by 5-7.5kg.

Bench (touch and go) 160x5 @10, 150x5x2@8-8.5, 150x4@9.5
Bench is very fatigued. Called it there. Didn't bother with 2ct deadlifts either. I'll just do my warmups tomorrow and then see how it feels on Saturday.

Squat - 237.5x (misgrooved), 237.5 (slow but smooth), 252.5 (limit grind). 7.5kg under comp PR.
Bench - 165 easy, up to 167.5 automatically because I forgot to give my 2nd attempt so skipped it, 182.5 pretty comfortable.
Deadlift – back totally smoked by 252.5 squat grind, missed 220 warmup - 245 opener pretty tough, 260x, 260x.
Should have pulled 247.5 for the win, but I wanted to see if I could get 260 then go to 262.5 for a total PR.
Happy I went through with this meet despite the bad training leading into it. I think I did an OK job of taking what was there. 252.5 was 100% on squats. 182.5 was maybe 2.5kg-5kg under on bench. 245 was 2.5-5kg under on deadlift.
