    Squat:
    410x3@9 in loose sleeves. Kind of a PR, but mainly because I have not worked triples much at all. Closest previous PR is 405x5@10 in very tight SBD's. I intentionally picked a weight that would not be an all out @10 grind fest.
    365x5x2@7-8

    Press:
    170x5 +5 PR Happy with this, last 5RM was just under 4 weeks ago.
    135x6x3

    Bench: Right pec still feeling strained from Friday's deadlifts(?)
    135x8
    185x5 Switched to CGBP after this warm up set.
    185x8x4@easy: Close grip due to pec

    Deadlift:
    w/u to 405x1
    435x5x3@7, maybe less. Trying not to pull too heavy too often but this seemed pretty easy despite being a 3x5 PR. I'm pulling volume with straps now to lessen fatigue on my hands....Loaded over 8,000 lbs of 50 lb bags yesterday so hands/forearms/shoulders pretty fatigued already. Here's the last set.

    425x2@9.5 PR sort of. Heaviest I've done for more than a single. Previous 1RM is 455. I think I did 425x1 when I peaked prior to hitting 455, so maybe I can sneak 5-10 lbs onto my 1RM at the meet. Not confident in that though.

    Schedule did not work out at all the way I wanted it to for the Fall Classic. Planned on deadlifting today but couldn't do much due to squats two days ago. Don't want to deadlift any closer to the meet though now that I am 8 days out.

    Bench:

    Pretty sure I will resume squatting every fourth day after the meet, and deadlifting every other squat session. I'd like to hire Andy if I can make myself cough up the dough for a phone consult.

    I doubt I'll do a very good job of being at my 100% potential for the meet, but I think my lifts should go up a fair amount regardless, other than the squat. I'm guessing I should add at least 20 lbs to my press, 25-50 to the deadlift, and maybe 10-20 on squat unless I perform better than expected. How about you? I know you are only working up to openers though.

    Was very undecided exactly what to do today, other than making it my last heavy squat workout prior to the meet. Had I not felt a bit wrecked recovery wise, I may have just done a moderate volume workout. Instead, I just worked up to a light single that felt awful.

    405x1 Opener will be somewhere between 405-425.

    Press: Right shoulder feeling rough so just did some light work to get things moving a bit
