Sat 10/23 - 1 week out to the Starting Strength Fall Classic. Worked up to 2nd attempts in Squat and Press and opener in the deadlift.
SQ - felt great, I think I will move the 2nd attempt down to 490. Planning to try 510 as my 3rd attempt. Hoping that isnt too big a jump.

PR - Didnt feel great. Guessing its more from over doing bench on Thursday since front of shoulders felt a bit sore. Probably going to move opener and second down 5 lbs each. 190 was too much of a grind even if it was a 10 lb PR.

DL - felt ok. Not sure if I did the "alternate rack pulls and haltings" long enough to really drive my DL up and I'm not where I was 6 months ago when I pr'd @ 520. But going to try to hit at least 525 at the meet
