Training log for USAPL BOSS NORCAL
Current weight: 179lb
cutting down to 163lb over a period of 3 months. (hopefully) it indeed is a lot of weight.
Limiting carbs, but not feeling any affect on training.
Haven't been able to be consistent on logging so I made a new log. I will try to log better this time despite college.

Squats: 315lb with mini bands x5, x3 (bands came off), x5, x5 RPE 7
squats moved slower than usual and felt heavier than usual as well.
Bench:
205lb 2x4
200lb 2x4
Bench felt extremely weak. Elbow acted up a little as well from last week's hyperextension injury.
Overall, I did not feel to great for this session. Maybe I am a bit fatigued. Hoping to get some good sessions in soon after eating and resting up. It was one of those days where everything feels heavy.

Front squats:
5 sets of 3 good speed with 275lb. Could have been a little more tight, but still a PR!
Pause deadlifts: Better form than last session. 4 sets of 5 with 285lb. Felt easy, and form did not break down (I think, maybe very minorly)
20 seconds holds 285lb 3 sets
Rows: 145lb 3x10
banded lat concentration deadlifts: 145lb 3x5
Back accessories~
I ate more carbs today, slept well, performed well despite yesterday's terrible session.
