    no the Starting Strength one on Oct 30th in LIC. Im not sure they even call it the fall classic anymore.

    SQ 475x3 (was supposed to do a back off but forgot)

    Haltings 430x8 - FAIL - Only got 6. Did them hook grip but had my straps ready to go. I think I took too long to get them on after the 6th rep when grip failed and couldnt get the 7th off the floor.

    - seated row cable thingy 10x2 at light weight 120ish



    Mon 10/10

    SQ 420x3x5 (they felt heavy but I did have a vicious drinking sesh on Saturday night and a stressful interview right before hitting the gym)

    Fri 10/14 - This session was also done hungover. Have had too many events lately where I have been out until the wee hours

    SQ 480x3 - FAIL - only got 1 - could have done 2 but was a bit light headed, had trouble getting a deep breath/tight valsalva so I racked it.
    SQ 435x3 backoff

    OHP 180x3 - FAIL only got 2, probably needed 2.5 lb jumps anyway
    OHP 165x3x2 back off

    DL 495x3 - FAIL only got 2 but happy with that.

    -Lat Pulldowns 8x3 with ~125
