Plan is to get down to 230 give or take a couple of pounds in either direction. I'd like to compete comfortably at 231, meaning I would wouldn't want to cut more then 2-3 pounds if I decided to compete. As of today I'm 239.6. First time in the 230s since the middle of 2013.
Well things were looking real good until I attempted to deadlift friday and ended up pissing my lower back off.

Power Clean and Jerk: 315x1x3 felt surprisingly easy
Deadlift: 405x1, 455x1, 495x1 felt a tweak and John thankfully forced me to stop lifting.
Took Saturday and Sunday off and back felt fine going into today session. After my second snatch warmup set I could tell something was wrong so I just shut it down. Deadlifted a few sets of 5 at 185 then just did some curls and tricep extensions. Hopefully this clears up soon and is not a bad tweak.
