**First week of training block done. Definitely extremely tough. Towards the end of the last day during bench and squat was feeling extremely drained. Numbers for each lift were a lot lower than usual but the fatigue build up throughout the week definitely took its toll. Staying on top of the macros more this week to see what changes.

Everything felt solid today. Still trying my hardest to keep up with my food intake because of increased physical activity and training intensity. Squat single was the same as last week, however it was a solid 8, and the volume was higher quality and a heavier weight. Bench press was decent. Rack pulls were not overshot this time around, and back was reasonably flat.
Slowly learning for myself that how fatigued/tired I feel is a lie.
