    Hey Oliver - its basically 100%. I guess sometimes I feel like that area gets a little "tender" but its not bothersome and doesn't affect anything. I'll feel a stretch around the incisions occasionally too, but same deal - not really bothersome.

    HA! Yes, she is. I am proud of her, but kind of hate her at the same time. I only got to see her squats before having to take off for work. I am sorry I missed you there.

    Thanks Anthony. You may beat me to 405. But then we will of course have to start a new race to 500. I've already begun a new eating protocol based on this.

    Yeah, once I hit the 380x3 I have to admit I started thinking about five plates. It is never enough.
