Great job.. Great attempt selection for squat and bench, and your final deadlift could have been your opener! It looks like you peaked just right and executed! Makes me want to get on the platform.

    Thanks everyone!

Dwayne - don't worry my radius for this trip will be roughly 50yds. Hotel. Beach. Pool.
Tom - yes I agree peaking was timed nicely. Its a shame about the DL but in the overall scheme of things it really doesn't matter.
I just signed up for the Spring Challenge(USAPL not SS). I like being able to help out at Gantry and see everyone for the Strengthlifting Meet and then compete myself the week after(that's usually the schedule) - double fun!
I'm thinking preliminary goals for the Spring should be:

    Squat - 465
    Bench - 305
    DL - 555

    Bodyweight should be 225-230.

It's not a shame about the DL.. It's a fantastic learning experience. You easily pulled 42lbs more than your heaviest training pull(465 right?), and didn't grind your dick into the dirt. Consider that in your future programming.

Agreed. All factors considered the DL was probably the most positive aspect of the whole Meet. I was hoping to pull 500@10 and the fact that 506 was easy was quite a nice surprise

A little late here, but great job this weekend, Ryan! I have really enjoyed following your progress.

Was planning to take off till Monday but I just couldn't wait that long. I had a client this morning so I just decided to do some light stuff while coaching.

Feeling good and recovered and ready to get back to it!
