I actually put on a belt today for the Press. Even though I probably didn't need it. Still lifting in Chucks on UB days. haha. The lazyness continues. Feel great though

Bench actually felt a little heavy. Wore a loose belt for it.
Going to continue with small Press jumps. Small everything jumps really.
BF% gainzz helping Chins. I'm almost up to double digits again - weeeeeee!
Weighed in at 234/27.4%BF today which is down 16 total lbs from my heaviest and about 4%BF. 2.5 more percentage points and I will no longer be obese by the standards. Hooray! I figure I'll get as much fat off as I can before I start to feel unrecovered. Not worried about it too much since I'm already very close to 231. Used to the hunger now so its all good.

M/T/W/F this week due to sister in the hospital. She had heart surgery and I have to take her home tomorrow so had to train a day early. Went fine despite a horrible night's sleep last night.

Was exhausted by the end and just wanted to leave so only one set of chins happened. No big deal.
