I can't believe I have to microload press already next week. The weight loss really killed that lift.
Kept bench volume at 87%. Probably a good spot for it I think.
Definitely the first time I've been able to hit 3 sets of 10 chins in a while. Probably 18 months-ish. Will start loading them next week

Slow ass TUBOW squats: 325x5

TUBOW works. Big surprise. While my knee slide was not terrible I could feel the difference and these looked pretty good to my eye. Although the weight felt a little heavier than I would have liked.
Standard DL volume.
Plan for the weekend is to eat a lot and hopefully watch some good football games

Volume Chins: BWx6,6,6,6,7 = 31 total
Other than bench feeling heavy this Sunday workout went just fine. Will go Sunday/Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday this week due to weekend travel. I don't think my body will love this but its early enough in the cycle where I can get away with it I think.

Reduced Squat volume today since I'll have to Squat again Wednesday. Used TUBOW again. Getting better.
DL moved well but I was GASSED. I guess it makes sense I haven't done heavy 5's in a while.

Press felt better than expected on not great sleep. Nice to be doing weighted chins again too

Squats are feeling a little more natural. I need to work on descending a bit quicker without knee sliding and making them more explosive. Will probably stick with TUBOW next week as well. Going to Vegas tomorrow. If I'm not back Monday it means I'm on a massive heater

The extra days off this weekend helped rather than hurt it seems. Everything felt good today. Even bumped up Press a little. Tomorrow will really tell if I'm jetlagged at all or not

Squats didn't feel hard. I'll probably make a 10lb jump next week.
Nice to hit a DL PR this early in the cycle too. Although I'm sure I was capable of doing this last cycle(due to gym change), a PR is a PR.
