Squats didn't feel great form wise but the weight felt fine. I was fatigued for DL but it got done.

Finally can warmup for DL 135/225/315/405. I think I'm happier due to lazyness factor than strength factor.
Still can't avoid knee slide in the Squat it seems. Will keep at it with the TUBOW. Added the knee sleeves back in for VD so at least they felt good.
Had someone film DL to get a look at my squeeze. I can't tell if its not all the way there or if its fine and that the fat on my sides just makes it look not quite squoze. They also felt pretty good.
I'll have to add the videos later - internet connection not great at the moment

A cue for knee slide I've used is deliberately trying to break at the knees first, set them, then sit down, not back.

Kinda hoping it'll be empty tonight, too. Last night was quiet. Two days in a row without something significantly annoying happening and/or interfering with my space to coach would be a first in the past 9 months or so.

Today I was literally sandwiched in between the guy who is always shirtless wearing tights doing some silly KB Press/quarter squat HBBS combo with some girl, and crossfitters all using the turf for highly productive muscle confusion. It was pure hell. The quietness only happened the last half hour of my workout unfortunately. That sliver of time was so peaceful though. haha
