Bench: 252.5x5, 235x7
Chins: BWx5, +15x3, +25x2, +32.5x5
Squats - the usual. Too vertical. Too much knee slide. At least I don't appear to be over arching my low back this time. Oy.
Bench was heavier than I'd have liked. Peaked at 265x5 over the summer so I have some work to do if I want to eclipse that.
