CEUs man. I always weight the value of certifications heavily. I have thought about dropping out of my professional org a few times due to lack of value and I personally hate their non disclosed thirst for a mandate. The ssc seems value added though with no thirst for a stupid mandate.

    Squat: 245x2x2
    Bench: 185x3

Just did some light stuff. Obviously the untimely sickness was a bummer but all things considering I'm in a pretty good spot. Just have to go out there and get it done now. I think for Openers I'll go with:

    Squat - 187.5kg/412.5lbs
    Bench: 125kg/275lbs
    DL: 210kg/462lbs

Was planning on 2.5kg more on each but figure its smart to adjust down a tad and then proceed accordingly. So depending on feel this should look like:

    Squat(Good Day): 2nd - 197.5/434/5, 3rd - 205/451
    Squat(Avg Day): 2nd - 195/429, 3rd - 200/440
    Squat(Bad Day): 2nd - 192.5/423.5, 3rd - 197.5/434.5

    Bench(Good Day): 2nd - 132.5/291.5, 3rd - 137.5/302.5
    Bench(Avg Day): 2nd - 130/286, 3rd - 132.5/291.5
    Bench(Bad Day): 2nd - 127.5/280.5, 3rd - 130/286

    DL(Good Day): 2nd - 225/495, 3rd - 237.5/522.5
    DL(Avg Day): 2nd - 222.5/489.5, 3rd - 235/517
    DL(Bad Day): 2nd - 220/484, 3rd - 230/506

Tore my quad on my first squat attempt. Didn't bother with bench since I knew I couldn't DL either and I just didn't care enough at this point. The day did not quite go as planned. Big thanks to Pete Troupos for coming to handle me despite the short day. Saw Dr. Petrizzo squat a solid 529 PR. Hope he's killing the bench and DL. Can't wait for rehab squats tomorrow! haha

Such a bummer about your quad, Ryan. I am sure you will be back to your regular training weights soon. If I can help at all with your rehab, just let me know.
