Elbow tendinitis is back. So frustrating. Will have to go back to thumbs around and figure out how to not have it hurt my wrists. Started workout late so had to cut chins short

Tweaked my back on first rep of DL. Squeeze is still just not good enough. Did two more but called it at that point because I didn't want to hurt it any more. Was supposed to be a set of 5. Hoping its just a minor tweak and won't affect programming.
Time to get caught up on logging. I've been without my Mac for most of this month. Lots problems with it that are hopefully fixed now. Also Friday the ceiling collapsed in my apartment. Needless to say logging has not been a priority. I'm not sure if I have all the vids or not. We'll see.
