I was distracted with life stuff during Press. Could have had a set of 5 on a normal day but decided on two triples instead. I'm encouraged by the deadlift adjustments. I'm now using the Petrizzo breathe/shins/squeeze all at once tactic(sans shimmy for now) and I think its going to be better for me. When trying to get set while keeping my shins on the bar I'm just too crunched up with the belt and my gut in order to get a proper breath/effective squeeze. Plus I think creating the space and doing it all at once creates a feeling of momentum. Like a psychological stretch reflex. So either way its a step in the right direction. The squeezing was better, certainly not perfect, so I have a way to go but it already feels stronger and better on my back so that's good
First time putting anything in bold for a while and it was a smooth, easy 5lb Squat PR. This is good. This is very good. 405x5 seeming like a real possibility. Ran out of time for Cleans again.

I think I decided on how the rest of this cycle is going to go down. Going to do a test day either Friday 11/17 or Sat 11/18 depending on how I feel.
Press - will run out 3's, 2's, 2's, 1's and max out that last wednesday before I test
Squat - 5's, 3's, 2's, 1's then opener that following Monday(13th)
Bench - 3's, 2's, 2's, 1's then opener that following Monday
Deadlift - 3's, 2's, 2's, 1's(9-10 days before test day), then opener that following Monday
This will mean 405x5 won't happen this training cycle but that's ok. In the end its just a random number and I'll get there eventually. But I think I can hit a 2xBW all time PR on test day. And that's just fine by me. Deadlift I haven't really thought about. Anything over 5 plates(would be a gym PR) I'd be happy with. Press probably won't be over 200 but that's ok. Bench also haven't thought about. Will be happy with 285+. The gainz. I shall have them.
Didn't feel great warming up but Squats still moved pretty well. I think I'll literally decide under the bar next Friday whether 405x5 is going to happen. If the first three are a grind I'll just do triples. Bench definitely moved well too. Feeling good
What a great way to kick off the weekend. I feel like the 405x5 set was about an 8/8.5. Moved really well. Kinda feel like I just broke the 4min mile. No more limits when it comes to the lifting of the weights. Bench moved pretty well too. I'll have to look back but I don't think it was a PR. Close though
