Decreased Squat volume a bit since I'm still sore. Probably should have taken more off the bar. Will go a little lighter than planned Friday and Monday and hopefully that will do the trick.
Bench was flying so kept increasing there.

Good day. Small 2.5lb Press PR which I'm happy with considering I weigh less and only Press once/week. I would have had 210 but decided to just be aggressive since I already PR'd. Still, 212.5 almost went.
Deadlift was eeeeaaaaaaazzzzzzzyyyyyyy. Ready to smoke a big PR there in 10 days

Frustrated with my Squat fatigue situation. Quad soreness has yet to dissipate so I felt it would be smart to just go light today in hopes of getting back to normal by testing day. I'm thinking I'll hit 395 or 405 for a single on Monday and then hope to be feeling good again by thurs/fri of next week.
Bench moved well.

The squat fatigues are reallzzz. At this point all I can do is hope that it dissipates by Saturday and that the volume decrease was not enough to de-train. At least 395x1 was fast.
Bench was fine.
Deadlift a little slow but that just because short rest I think.
Will go light Wednesday, rest up and then come in ready to crush Saturday
Hold on, are you doing the USAPL meet in Long Island this Saturday? I'm reffing the morning and was gonna hang out for some of the PM session.

Squat: 295x2x2
Bench: 195x3x2
A message to my quads: Please get un-sore by Saturday. I'll even re-introduce you to your long lost friend the foam roller the next two days as a special treat. Much appreciated
You will feel better, yesterday my legs were pretty painfully sore for front squats, my groin was unhappy, painful actually but I did the work.
today not all that sore, not noticeable.
