    Squat: [95, 135, 185, 205] x5

    Bench: 235x3x2

    BB Row: 135x8, 185x5, 225x5(supinated grip)

    Squats felt bad again. Started feeling the quad at 185 and then had to call it after 205. The only thing I can think of at this point is so start over with the Starr Protocol. The quad feels fine at lower weights so maybe it just needs a lot of volume and blood flow to the area to get back to normal. Frustrating.

    Bench was fine.

    Did some random BB Rows since another Coach set up to deadlift right next to me and I just jumped in on his warmup weights and banged out some rows. First time doing them supinated and I liked it. I would normally be doing power cleans but I'm not even bothering since they would undoubtedly bother my plantar fasciitis.

    Kept squats super light, but even so they still didn't feel great. I think its time to admit this is beyond normal and go get some bloodwork done. Unfortunately there is at least a small chance this is some sort of rhabdo situation.

    Squat: 45x8x2(just to be doing something). It honestly messes with my head to not squat. #lifterproblems

    Felt pretty good today. Still no results on the bloodwork. I suppose I should pester them.

    starting strength coach development program

    Bench: [225, 230, 235, 235, 235] x3

    Deadlift: [315, 335, 345, 355, 365] x3

    First phase of rehab experiment for this quad/leg/back/who the hell knows situation. Going to LP Front Squat then HBBS then try LBBS again. Looking to get an ortho appt next week to try and get more info.

    Bench feeling heavier than it should.

    Same with Deadlift. Probably the lack of calories.

    Down to 218/24%BF. Not quite sure where this cut will lead. Certainly as long as I'm unable to squat heavy. Then will have to assess the situation and decide what level of vanity I'll require for my 40th birthday
