Front Squat: 95x5, 115x3, 135x3x3
Press(Supersetted with Chins): 135x3x5
Chins: BWx6x5, BWx10 = 40reps
Did not notice any aching/throbbing of the quad/leg since last workout. Maybe this is a sign that I'm in the right place with the Front Squat LP? Let's hope so.

Good to see that the front squats have been okay so far, Ryan.

Front Squat: 140x3x3
Bench: 225x3x6
DL: [315, 335, 345, 345] x3
Front squats felt ok. Adding the belt helped even though the weight is still light. Alternated Bench and DL but that kinda gassed me by the end. Did it to try to finish quicker but I think I'll go back to normal next time. 345 should never feel heavy

Front Squat: 125x3x2
Press: 135x3x4
Chins: BWx7x5, 9 = 44
Went a little lighter on my already light front squats as the quad didn't feel great this week. Will do an advanced novice type LP I think with a light day in the middle. I again alternated Press and Chins which was fine

Front Squat: 145x3x3
Bench: 225x3x6
BB Row: 175x7x3
Quad/leg progress seems to be happening, albeit very slowly. At least today felt ok in that respect, will see if any residual soreness/aching tomorrow. Bench was good. May add a set next time. Just continuing to keep volume high with low reps during this cut. BB Rows can add weight and reps too. All in all a good day

Front Squat: 95x3x2
Press: 130x3x6
DL: 315x3x6
Squats didn't feel great after. I think I'm going to just squat 2x/week. I think I get more of a healing effect with more days in between. Press and DL felt good

I think 2x/week will work fine for you, Ryan.
