Press: 132.5x3x6
BB Rows: 185x5x3
Quad felt a little wonky today. Hopefully the extra rest day will help this week. I feel like ideal situation would be to squat either mon/thurs or tues/fri. Will see if I decide to switch schedule up or not. Everything else felt fine

Deadlift: 315x3x6
Blue plate special only today. No small plates. Quad still feeling wonky from Monday. Oh well. Hopefully better by Friday's squats. Down to 214lbs/22.8%BF. Still feeling fine for the most part and not too hungry. Will try to continue this cut for a while and get below 20%BF

Depending on how quad feels I may start only squatting every other workout. Everything else feels good though and I think I'm being pretty efficient with this cut so far

Conditioning: Assault Bike: :20/1:40 x 2
Had extra time due to lack of squats so hopped on the bike. Didn't seem to irritate the quad situation too much. Will know for sure tomorrow

Ran out of time so didn't get the last set of BB rows but that's ok. I think I'm going to start doing Cleans instead anyway

No time for conditioning. Good workout though. I think this is as far as I'll go with the volume. Will now start to add weight for as long as I can and continue doing 8 sets

Can feel the elbow-itis coming on so wanted to switch to PC today but there was no space and I didn't feel like doing it on the turf. Maybe next time.
