Front Squat plate milestone!! haha. I think the quad may be improving. Haven't noticed it lately. Will see what happens as the weight gets heavier. Speaking of which, I'll be adding some calories back in and suspending the cut effective immediately. Will run out Front Squat and High Bar LP at the suggestion of Dr. P and then hopefully will be ready for the holy grail of squats again - Low bar - at some undetermined future date. But for now things are feeling pretty good. Hoping to just maintain bodyweight right now - maybe gain 5lbs max. Excited to get some weight back on the bar

Of course the second I think there is improvement the quad/leg didn't feel great today. Oh well. I'm still going to just go with it. Eat a little more, run things out, and at least get some weight back on the bar. Also going to experiment with deadlifting every 10 days

Low back has been irritated last two weeks most likely due to me not being able to keep my spine in a great position when going significantly below parallel in the front squat. Rather than bother trying to fix this I decided just to begin my HBBS LP. Ramped up to 175x5...and experienced a mild back tweak! Bench felt fine and will be on an intermediate volume/intensity split. Lacking a bit of motivation due to back tweak combined with the fact that I can't decide whether to continue cutting at the moment or not. Will have to figure that out soon

Struggle bus continues to chug along. Did one set of squats and knew it was a no-go. DL back to back workouts also possibly a mistake. Feeling like an old, broken person at the moment. I guess I'll revisit squats and deadlifts next Monday and just do UB stuff Friday. Sigh
