DL: [65, 85, 105, 125] x3 - Just used the same weights as my client. Pathetic. Well, for me at least.
Press 1.0: 125x5x2
Low back tweak is still hurting bad so only wanted to do extremely light DL today. Didn't feel worse after so that's a good sign. Will be able to tell more tomorrow. Did Press 1.0 in order to save the low back from the hip reach. Will hope for some improvement and possible light squats Friday. #strugglebus
