As expected both top sets of SQ and BP were slow today due to missing Monday. Go figure. At least its early enough that I didn't miss a beat. I suspect next Friday should move faster.

Moved my squat grip in to get a tighter shelf and hopefully help avoid the elbow cancer this time around. Felt ok. Seems there will be adaptation period for the elbows though

I think I'm going to add chins back into Monday. Then do a HLM cycle for the bench, so Wednesday will be light bench, Press, and DL. Then Friday Medium Bench, Intensity Squat, BB Row. Just thinking I'm going to need to be benching more if I want my bench to go up.

Wasn't well rested and nutrition hadn't been great, and excess sitting happened the day before. But everything still felt good. Wasn't able to video anything though

My back is more stiff after this workout than it should be. Methinks the culprit may be BB Rows. So I stopped after 1 set today and will eliminate them going forward, at least for a while. May eventually replace with a DL variant, chins, or go back to them. I can only train M/Th next week so going to decrease SQ volume Monday and hopefully the light week will get the back back to normal for the following week. Overall everything is good though and was happy with the way 275 looked. Onward

Bench moved a little slow. Will probably switch to a 3x5 next week.

Not a good one today. Had to train in the morning before food on 4hrs sleep and my back was very stiff. Since I have a bachelor party full of activities this weekend I decided to just take it light. Back to battle next week.
