Deadlift: [275, 295, 315] x3
Press and Bench were fine. Still have to be careful with Deadlift and not rush back into it. Still getting on my heels and not squeezing well enough. Back is a little stiff. Will remedy next week

Back felt a little iffy again so kept the top sets very reasonable. Don't want any more setbacks right now. Overall good though

Didn't get on my heels today with the DL which was good but still don't get quite enough squeeze/chest up action going on. Going to go back to no shoes and see if that fixes it

Squats felt good. Low back is still always stiff it seems but I'm just rolling with it for now

Felt awful today. Achy, cramped. Think I slept funny. Nothing felt good. DL form coming back around though

Chins: 66 reps
I have gained many unwanted pounds this holiday season. Way worse than last year for some reason. Will need to cut for a while starting in January. Should be able to keep adding weight to the bar for most of it though. Everything felt pretty good today though

Entering this workout quite late so I hope the numbers are how I remember them!

And now I'm sick. So I may not be able to resume till Friday(or next week). Let's hope for Friday
