Felt good to have what "felt" like some real weight on the bar and not have anything hurt during or afterwords. Hoping to bang out 6 more solid weeks of training and regain some much needed lost strength

Press was decent. Might have 190 in me in 5 weeks. Deadlift still seems to be making minor improvements. Squeeze is still not great. My body really liked keeping the weight low last week. So decided again to keep volume week light. Will start pushing a little more the last 4 weeks

Bench: 215x3x5
BB Curls: 95x7x3
LTE: 75x7, 80x7x2
Low back was stiff going in - the usual. Then I tweaked my upper back warming up. Knees were creaky squatting. I felt very old to begin this workout. Then everything felt fine after. I'm young again now

Press moved slower than I'd hoped - couldn't get a vid either. But this was made up for when the gym cleared out and I could listen to Pearl Jam while I deadlifted. Kept it light for the last week. Will start moving up quicker in the coming weeks. I want to at least pull 405 when I test

DL Squeeze still not all the way there. Back feels better than I though it would afterwords though. So hopefully can get some weight on the bar these next few weeks

Tweaked my upper back literally doing nothing yesterday. God I'm a mess. I mean sleep was terrible this week so it was probably just the straw that broke the camel's back. Luckily it didn't affect anything in the workout, was just annoying
