Did some Goblet Squats(with a dumbbell) up to 40lbs for reps. Then a little circuit with DB Presses, Lat PD, and pushups. Got 3 of these workouts in. Quad feels good. Finally back to the barbell this week.

Squat: [65, 85 105, 125] x5
Bench: 175x5x3
Chins: BWx5x3
Legs felt like jelly. We got a ways to go. Time to work that LP magic. Quad feels ok so far

Press: [75, 95, 115, 135] x5
Bench: 165x3x3 - Paused
Deadlift: [135, 185, 225, 255] x5
Light week this week. Will be happy to start ramping up for real next week. So far so good with the Quad. Hopefully I can lose another 5lbs during the early stages of this next cycle and start getting some weight back on the bar. Then finally return to competition next Spring. Need to get strong again

DL Squeeze still needs attention. Still getting used to morning fasted workouts. Also plan to keep calories low for a while while I'm still ramping up
