Wow I am really unadapted to jumping rope. I used to be able to go for like 45mins no problem. I could have gone longer but was definitely already feeling it after just a few minutes. Nowhere to go but up!

Very happy to be able to PC and DL in the same workout with zero back pain
Quite happy with how fast Press moved. Probably just that I've been grooving a mini layback well the last two workouts. Encouraged to make some progress there

Shoulder/Rotator Cuff area been bothering me lately. Took a more narrow grip on the bench and decreased the weight a tad. Felt pretty good

Got to lift with my buddy Will today. Was def fun to have a workout partner again, even if its just a one-off. Went a little heavier in the DL. Felt good
