Squats still feeling good. Last week after the jog my hip was a little dodgy. Will see if that is the case tomorrow. I also realized my shoulder has been hurting since I went to a bachelor party in Florida weekend of 9/14 so at least there is an explanation now
Shoulder pain under control for Bench. Deadlift still feeling good. I realized I've been on my heels too much for like 3 years. Nice to feel my hamstrings and upper back again. Onward
Squats/quad still feeling good. Big surprise - my body likes that I'm eating more. I'm a little fatter than I'd like to be at this juncture but I don't care. Regaining strength is far more important for me right now. Press moved well. Top set of PC was awful. I probably need to add an extra warm up set and have someone film my top set. PC feels more like a "performance" to me for some reason and I find when I have someone film me my form is much better.

Jumprope: 2:45
Squats still feeling good. Shoulder still a bit iffy but got through bench fine. Only lasted 2:45 on the jumprope before I got a splitting headache and had to stop. Did not expect that.
Back was a little stiff going into this one. Doesn't appear to be anything other than not getting great sleep. And whenever I wake up on my stomach my back is stiff
Tweaked my back Wednesday. I assume I must have got a little loose on one of the DL reps but they all felt good. Sure was stiff the next day though. Still go through Squats fine. Skipped PC though
Back was a non issue in the Squat although it still feels stiff in everyday life. Should be 100% by Wednesday I assume. My client showed me how to post vids from my phone to Youtube again so not ALL my lifting vids have to be shared with everyone on social media. I'll probably still post stuff to Twitter occasionally. Enjoying that more than Instragram at the moment
