    Squat: 3x5@305

Ryan Arnold on Twitter: "305x5 - Third set. The beautiful miracle of just adding a little weight each time. Onward.… "

    Press: 5x5@135

Skipped PC again just to make sure I am completely free of the back tweak, and also because my barbell needed a good dose of 3-in-1 oil and I didn't really have another good time to do it

Everything felt pretty good today. Unfortunately have to skip Friday due to a wedding, so 3 wheels for fahvs in the Squat will have to wait until next week

Ryan Arnold on Twitter: "315x5 - Third set. Had to miss Fridays workout. Bar speed is slower. But it got done. And got plenty to go.… "

    Bench: 5x5@205

Not ideal to have to skip Friday's workout. But the again life is rarely ideal. Everything still moved ok. Was slightly worried about the volume with respect to the Quad, considered only doing 2x5 today but it felt normal after the second set so did 3x5 as planned.

Ryan Arnold on Twitter: "395x1. Well. When you pull 405x3 one week and then 395x1 the next week that’s a very clear sign that this training cycle is over. It was a good run. Deload for a couple weeks. Ramp up in December. Hit it hard again in January. Hope to be back on the platform in the Spring.… https://t.co/MacK8z7KMT"

Hit the wall hard today. Still super sore and fatigued from Monday's Squats. Only got a single with 395 in the DL. I've been running on fumes for weeks and its finally caught up with me. Been adding weight to the bar for 16 weeks and I think my body has just had enough. Will plan max singles in BP Friday, Press Monday. Depending on how I feel I may go for max singles in DL next Wednesday. Then skip that Friday and the following Monday(25th). Will start back light, ramp up in December, and then be ready to go hard again in January. Will plan to compete in the Spring.

Squatted light just to warm up for Bench. Felt fine. Shoulder is still wonky and 270 moved slower than I would have liked so just called it there. Slept only 5hrs yet again and my body just seems tapped out right now. Will plan to max Press Monday, Max DL Wednesday and then take two workouts off completely. Hopefully with some rest/deload the shoulder will get back to 100% because I really don't feel like dealing with another issue right now

Was pretty happy with the Press today. Only 10lbs off my All time 1RM. I'll take it

Dropped my hips and got on my heels here, but at least I'm back to within 30lbs of my Training 1RM so I'm happy about that. I think I will go back to deadlifting in flats now. I seem to over-overcompensate for the heel lift with the shoes so I think I need to eliminate a variable and have my feet flat on the ground and build up from there

Just a quickie to get the ball back rolling again after a week off. Felt good. Back to DL in just socks or Chucks again.
