Squat: 155x5x3
Bench: 240x5x3
Chins: BWx4x13 = 52reps
Weighed in a little light today so was not sure how bench would go but it went. Will probably revisit the density block system for chins next week for efficiency

Squat/Quad cool as the other side of the pillow. Press hit the wall. I was happy to get this close to a previous volume PR. Its possible I get 165x5 before switching to triples. Deadlift back to my same old story of dropping the hips too much. Weight moved well at least. My triceps were still sore today from Monday's bench. This is clearly a combo of the reps getting slow plus being in a caloric deficit. So bench will likely move to top set/back offs soon as well. Squat and DL can LP for a while but BP and PR will need intermediate set up pretty soon

Well, I held out as long as I could. Probably too long. Obviously I may compete again at some point in the future, in which case I will revive this log, but starting next week I'm going to start a new log in the General Training Logs section. Current plan is to continue to shed a few lbs while getting my Squat/quad back in order over the next few months and go from there. Happy Valentines Day everyone!!
For documentation purposes here are my current best lifts, sadly all from 2017 or earlier:
Squat: 460(11/17 tested in gym)
Press: 205(11/17 tested in gym)
Bench: 302.5(11/17 tested in gym)
Deadlift: 507(competition - 11/16 I think)
