Thank you sir. Now I feel compelled to enlighten the others on what the Summer of Chudd is all about. So everyone knows Mark Henry right? The only man to Squat and Deadlift over 900lbs in a drug tested Meet and literally one of the strongest humans ever. Well, its in his genes. And I like to use the Henry family as inspiration. From Wikipedia:
Henry comes from a family in which almost all of the men are larger than average, especially his great uncle Chudd, who was 6 ft 7 in, weighed approximately 500 lb, never had a pair of manufactured shoes, and was known as the strongest man in the Piney Woods of East Texas.

Man what an awful workout. Lots of factors contributed to this which I do not feel like listing or boring anyone with. Did the absolute minimum and got the hell out. Should get some good rest this weekend, have a lighter work week next week, and begin Texas Method and the Summer of Chudd. That is all.

Still not recovered from the Meet. I realized I probably should have started a little lighter in Squat. By the time DL rolled around I didn't have much in me. Oh well. Wednesday is recovery day so hopefully I'll finally be ready for a normal workout Friday. We'll see

Bench was easy.
PC also felt good. First time doing cleans in a long time. Hope the elbows hold up this time around. Would like to get my clean up over 200 this summer. My pathetic best was 167x3 a while back
