Will probably just train 2x/week this week and next week and then look to finally get back to regular training after Memorial Day. Provided my back is better by then, maybe I can make up some ground in the second half of 2018

Back slowly feeling better, but still not ready for the LB lifts. Hopefully only one more week without them will be necessary

Back felt a little iffy so cut squats at 105. Hopefully its just still tight and not any sort of setback. Will attempt DL Friday. Bench felt a little heavy.
That's a lot of chins. Solid bicep pump.

Back started to tighten up at 115 so called it there. Feels better than last week though so at least its improving despite still having to use tiny weights. BW/BF% has been stagnant due to lack of motivation to focus on cutting. I'll probably try a bit harder to cut a few more lbs until squats and deadlifts get heavy enough to require more calories. We'll see though. Just anxious to get some weight on the bar and feel like I'm training again. Which will require an ample food supply
