Had only planned on 305x1 today but back was feeling good so decided to go a little heavier. It felt great during. Having a little stiffness now but minimal. Still dropping the hips a tad too much. Feeling good overall though

Chins are taking too long and are getting boring so will be substituting the PC back in the program. likely super setted with pullups. Not sure whether to put it Monday or Friday. Will decide next week. Squats felt ok and looked pretty good I think

You know the scene in The Perfect Storm right before they are all about to die when George Clooney says, "she's not gonna let us out." That's kind of how I feel about my back. My body is just not going to let me resume things the way they used to be. At least not yet. The back was basically fine today but it was painful from Friday afternoon after the Power Cleans until Sunday evening. And today was more stiff that usual. Maybe my body is just no longer meant to jump with a barbell? We'll see. I can't believe 105x3 bothered it. Will probably try them again when I feel 100% pain free and if it goes bad then that's it for them I guess. I know they are not a super necessary part of my programming at the ripe old age of 40 but I'm still too young to have them be hurting. And I have to be able to coach them so not being able to do them is just annoying. Ok rant over.
