I suspect I may be re-setting the bar to forward of midfoot at the bottom. Could be causing the slight hip drop down I do that throws everything off and bothers my back. Will keep working at it next week

Going to try to squat without a belt on light volume Mondays. Pretty much fine. Little back stiffness. Bench felt easy

Press flew up, so that was nice. Gym was packed today so did not have ideal setup or ability to film the DL. Either way they still don't look great on intensity day. They look pretty good on volume day. It seems my threshold for form breakdown is much lower than it used to be for whatever reason. And form breakdown this minor should also not cause this much discomfort. Maybe I just need to get my squat up? Who knows. Just going to keep pushing forward though

DL was crap again. I was thinking so much about midfoot/bar path that I did not get a good squeeze on most reps. I do think I improved bar path though. But back is stiff as usual. Keep on truckin'
