Rushed the first rep of the last set of tempos. It is sometimes difficult to nail the descent time. Knees feel a bit wonky when I do these. Also its good I filmed because I'm not going quite low enough

Back was quite stiff today due to Friday's tweak. Thankfully not only did I get through everything as planned, it seems to be one of the times where the workout improves the situation. Should be 100% Wednesday I suspect

Went light in DL for various reasons. Timing of training cycle works well for setting 1RM's 6 weeks from now. So taking a lighter week in DL this makes sense for planning purposes. I was going to do 315 as a top set but the platform I was using was extremely uneven and it didn't settle as the sets went on. I didn't want to deal with moving 275 to another platform just for one more top set so just bagged it.
