The people watching is pretty amazing. I can't even begin to describe the atrocities I have witnessed. I feel like if the gym were completely empty you could kind of pull off a proper strength workout. There are two racks and a deadlift platform but they are always crowded and plate supply/ability to load properly is very lacking. And the equipment..well..its not rogue
Haha I bet they remind you of the good ol' equinox days. Are you lifting there entirely or also at solace some?
Yes its funny being thrust back into that environment after a few years. I only go there for the Leg Press

Time to cut that last 10lb of fat off. With the quad healing likely to take a while and it being beach season and all...its time for my last cut(hopefully) for a while. Calories have been decreased. Hopefully lose a pound a week or so for the next 3 months

Made the mistake of trying to bench at Blink today. Was using a bench really not equipped for anything heavy so just cut it at a double at 215 and did some back off DB work. Quad still feels a little iffy so not sure where we are at with that. Will see Friday

Quad felt pretty good after Leg Press. Seems like we are heading in the right direction, albeit slowly. Deadlift Squeezes weren't great.
