Lack of sleep from NBA Finals combined with lack of coffee = taking it easy on DL. No reason to push right now since I'm still rehabbing. Want to make sure form stays solid too. Seems like posting vids is going to be more of a hassle. Extra steps involved in getting a vid from my phone to Youtube which is a little frustrating. They also don't come out with the full view. May require extra editing as well. Never fun for the technologically handicapped

Leg press still feeling good. I'm down to 210lbs so feeling weak overall! Part of a necessary process though. Cutting is never fun

Was pretty uninspired today. Just really didn't feel like training. My Blink membership ended so this was my last Leg Press day. Which is fine because I am using over BW now and its time to Squat again. I'll be in Vegas next week so the anticipation of that wasn't helping today. Next week I'll train MWF but it will just be in a little non-barbell gym. Will Goblet squat for continued Quad rehab.
