Man, technology is frustrating. I just want to be able to take a damn video on my phone and upload it to youtube like I used to. Now I have to open imovie. Import it from the camera. Then post it to youtube with the unfortunate consequence of that process cutting off most of the video. Not sure what the next step is but that process is going to get old quick and its not effective anyway

Went up 20lbs total in Squat from Friday. Will try another 20lb jump Friday if everything feels normal.

Squats still feeling good. Wanted to get 65x5 on chins but it wasn't there today.
