Quad just not feeling normal. I'm hoping this strain is minor enough that I can build back up starting with Bodyweight Squats and not the Leg Press.

Baaaaabbbyyyy steps with the Squat. I was tempted to use heavier KB's but my intuition told me not to. I spent 2 months leg pressing at Blink. Since I don't want to do that again I think I'll just take this slow, as annoying as that is

Quad so far so good. Press moved well. Not sure I like Barbell Rows any more.

Scale arrived Saturday. Cutting season has begun. I find I lose weight most effectively when I have the daily visual reminder of where I am at so I make good decisions every day with regard to calories, etc. I'm 226/18%BF currently. Goal is to lose roughly 1lb/week for 20 weeks or however long before life necessitates a change of plan. At the very least 10lbs need to come off for sure. Squatting still feeling fine

Press moving along real nahce. DL squeeze felt "eh" today but didn't video. Will work on it next time
