Somehow my quad has felt almost completely fine over the past 2-3 workouts. Bizarre but I'm not complaining! Hope it continues to not be a problem from here on out. Bench slowing down

Quad feeling fine. Press still going. Deadlift was kinda slow. Still defaulted to the heels on later reps. Will need to focus on midfoot next week

Quad still fine. Bench getting slow. Don't have much left there in LP land. Elevated BB Row experiment went pretty well. I think I like it. Eliminates lots of the possible low back issues that can come with BB Rows

Exhausted today due to the super bowl yesterday and not sleeping enough. Somehow completed Press as planned. Bar speed was slow. Hope to get good enough recovery to get 160x5x3 Friday, which has not been the case the last two Fridays. Also, will likely switch back to my other log soon. Its hard to see competition in my future right now.

DL - Mid-footed-ness felt pretty solid. Chest-upped-ness looked lacking. Thankfully 355 moved much better than 350 did last week so feeling good overall. Still no quad troubles as of yet

Just looked back at my log and realized my Press Volume PR is 162.5x5x3. I was likely capable of more at the time but I was using more of a top set/back off sets structure. Hopefully I can get to 165 this time around. Would be my first PR in a loooooooong while. Even If I only tie that PR I will be about 5lbs lighter so that kinda counts I think. Gotta do it first though
