    Groin issue flared up for some reason, and was affecting my squat. Not taking Naproxen anymore probably didn't help with that either.

    303 Tempo Squat: 225x8@6, 240x6@abandoned

    Groin (and back) got to be too much. Also, sets of eight for a 303 tempo are an unholy abomination.

    Groin issues suck, I've been dealing with mine for over 2 years. I have to keep my squat volume very low or it flares up.

    Yeah, it's not fun.

    I realize I'm way behind on logging and not catching up in a hurry. I'm still getting settled here, finding a house, car, etc. But really it's mostly me being lazy. I'll catch up by... let's say Thursday night. Now I've got a deadline, so I have to do it.

    But not right now. Right now I'm going to bed.

    Slingshot Bench: 375x1@8, 330x6@9.5, 305x6@9, 275x6@8
    303 Tempo Squat: 135x8@6, 175x8@7, 95x8@<6

    Deadlift went very well. I finally felt like I was keeping my back straight, and my video confirmed it. Maybe I'll eventually get this sorted after all.

    First set with slingshot also went well. Then everything went to crap. Felt something in my lower back that felt similar to when I messed it up, so I called it there. I finished my planned reps, but dropped the weight down to 95 lbs.

    My groin shut down my squat again, but I dropped to 315 and they were tolerable.

    Departed from the plan a little on bench, but that's cool. I hit a PR with gas left in the tank.

    Deadlift: 545x1@8, 405x6@?, 405x3, 315xno

    Everything caught up to me. Running around trying to get everything set up, changed sleep schedule, not nearly enough food/water, etc, (oh, and starting the lifting session at 2130). No point complaining, every once in a while it's just going to be crap, especially with so many variables not in my control.

    Moving on.
