Pretty decent session. Squats finally feel good. Quite happy with this, probably the best session I've had in quite a while.

Moved my grip in a little bit. Makes a hell of a difference.

Gave myself elbow tendinitis by using grippers too often. Stupid, just stupid.

Upper back was too loose. Didn't help my elbows.

Got this sharp stabbing pain in the front of my shoulder, so I went home.
