    Pretty decent session. Squats finally feel good. Quite happy with this, probably the best session I've had in quite a while.

    Squat 150kgx1/1, 110kgx3x5
    Moved my grip in a little bit. Makes a hell of a difference.

    Snatch Grip Shrug

    Finished off with 7 minutes on the bike. Nearly died.

    Gave myself elbow tendinitis by using grippers too often. Stupid, just stupid.

    Upper back was too loose. Didn't help my elbows.

    Bench 60kgx7
    Got this sharp stabbing pain in the front of my shoulder, so I went home.

    Well my elbows didn't explode, so I'm happy.

    Easy. @6-7. Tried a belt on, the only conclusion I came to was that it's too light to tell.
