Decent. Definitely coming back. Technique and tightness still needs works, but that's coming back too.

    Squat 172.5kgx3x5
    Easy.

    Bench 102.5kgx5x8
    Still easy.

    Press 62.5kgx5x5
Worked on using the abs more, wore a belt.

    Deadlift 170kgx3x5
Wore a belt, feels weird. Need to spend more time setting up.

Didn't train. Warmed up to 160kg, my shoulder was hurting from practising a bunch of shoulder restraints the day before. Went home, gave it some rest.

    8/9/16

    Squat 175kgx3x5
Actually felt comfortable. Pretty decent. Happy with these.
Then I pulled something in my low back picking up a 20kg plate to load the bar for benching.

    Deadlift 140kgx3x3
These helped, back felt better. Went home.

    Kinky

    Squat 175kgx3x5
Is this 5 sets of 3?

You should lift with your legs...

    10/9/16

    Squat 177.5kgx3x5
Decent. Bar path is pretty good.

    Bench 105kgx3x8
Felt a bit heavy because I haven't benched this week, so I cut it short.

    Press 65kgx3x5

    Deadlift 175kg 5/5/1/5/1/1/1
Moved pretty fast, but back position wasn't great. Was playing around with belt tightness too.

    Chins 3x3

    Smooth lifting.

I may have said this before but that is a really sweet set-up where you train.

It should be smooth, it's pretty light. Coming back from a looong period of not being able to train properly.

It's probably one of the better gyms in the southern hemisphere, and certainly the best in this half of the country.

    12/9/16

    Squat 180kgx3x5
Good to be at 4 plates again. Pretty decent, felt kinda heavy but moved well.

    Bench 105kg 8/8/8/8/9
Felt a bit heavy and off, but the last set was pretty good.

    Press 65kgx5x5

    Chins 4x3
    Ab wheel 3x5

Haven't trained in about a week. Feeling a bit beat up from work.

    Squat
Worked up to 180kgx1, knee hurt a bit. Everything felt really damned heavy. Did 140kg3x5 in the end.

    Bench 80kgx5x10
    Press 40kgx5x5
Pullups 5x3 followed by Chins for 3x5
Weird, pullups usually don't agree with me. Eh, I'll take it.
Ab wheel supersetted with hanging leg raises.
