    I did something to my back warming up deadlifts probably 6 weeks ago at this point. Did my herp-derp version of Starr rehab, which was just 20 rep squats, until I hit 225 and didn't like how it felt. Found out front squats feel fine (as fine as they ever do...) so I'm just going to try to LP that. Tried pulling 135 after unloading the bar from FS and it didn't feel alright. So my combined squat and DL is 315.

    Looked like the head judge was taking a long time to give the start command on bench. Did you think?

    Thanks! "Hodge" is one of the highest lifting-related compliments one can receive.

    I didn't think he was slow on the start command. I normally take a couple of seconds anyway before a heavy single, so maybe that's why.

    Back was feeling fine until 365. Was supposed to do 4x10...but obviously the priority is healing for the next cycle.
