Feeling the fatigue from earlier in the week, but this was still good. Nice, intense sets. I still like chains. Way, way better than wraps.

Lots of good stuff going on here, Manveer. Your work capacity is great. Hard to believe that a couple of years ago one hard set of five would almost make you pass out, isn't it?

Thanks, Walter. Yeah, now it takes a bit more, but I still manage to get there some days.

Not the greatest, but I got the work done. Couldn't get my back all the way set. Low back is fatigued.

Left glute is a bit unhappy. Not enough that I aborted this movement today, though.

If I generate a little tension before breaking the floor, these go much better. Kinda like a deadlift (no shit, Manveer).

Rows are pretty easy to recover from between sets. I think I could squeeze in another set if I was feeling really ambitious, but 6 is OK.

Still carrying low back fatigue from last week. My back was starting to round on the last set at 465, so although it was moving fairly well, it felt like a ton of bricks and it seemed prudent to drop the weight a little to avoid hurting myself.

I would take that. Especially if it's an unbroken 7 hrs.
