Felt OK, but moved slower than I expected. Got some back pain on 495 warmup and then again on the 545 rep. I think I tweaked my back a little last week on the second squat w/ belt day. Thought it was pretty mild. Didn't hurt at all until I was warming up today.

Back is feeling better. I have been taking 2400mg/day ibuprofen since yesterday morning. Also did a bunch of stretches and stuff last night. Not sure if it helped, but it feels good. Tried to get a massage appointment but there was no availability.

I'm happy with how this session went because a)my back is feeling significantly better and b)bar speeds were faster on all heavy warmup singles today relative to last session. I think this means I didn't peak early like I did last time when my mock meet went very poorly. Hopefully I am right and I don't detrain from now until Saturday.
