I didn't think he was slow on the start command. I normally take a couple of seconds anyway before a heavy single, so maybe that's why.

First time using the SSB. Back was fine except for one rep on the last set where I probably lost a bit of tightness. 8 reps is too many for one set. Back hurts slightly now. Not nearly as much as yesterday though.
Was gonna do OHP...fuck it. Maybe tomorrow, maybe not.

Was planning to go up to 440, but I started to get some twinges of pain in my back at 415 so I thought it better to just stay lighter and avoid reinjury. Luckily no real pain after this. 6s were tough after doing very little training for the last two weeks. Felt like I was going to vomit after the last squat set, so it took me a while to get moving on bench. I didn't do the bonus set that TRAC recommended because I didn't need to risk my back, and I was already pretty dead after 5 sets.
