Bench felt great (?). Working on dialing in the set-up, step by step, and cleaning up the bar path. Adding some ~65% sets to work on refining technique and add a bit more volume. Have to focus on pausing all reps and not relapsing into touch-and-go.

Squat totally clicked today, for the first time in like 15 years. I like "dropping through my taint," (shout out Ed Coan), breaking at the knees, and staying in my quads à la Max Aita: How to Squat Max Aita Style with Mark Bell - YouTube
Hook grip felt great today. Gotta remember not to tape so tight. After pulling hook grip, alternate grip feels so weird. It makes me strongly suspect that's why my shoulders are so jacked up.
